Description:
Air Tightness Tester – Low pressure series combined air tightness test with automatic test system. Each tester can be customized as per customers requests. Internal test module is our own developed leakage detector.
This air tightness teseter uses high pressure gas driving clamps to grasp the specimen quickly, use wear resistance silicone as sealant, use high accuracy pressure transducer to test specimen’s pressure dwelling and fluctuation performance. This tester can judge specimen’s air tightness performance and with alarm function.
The clamps can be customized as per different specimen’s shape and dimension.
During testing, everything is smooth and “OK” displayed, that means this step is passed, the testing will proceed automatically to next step. If any abnormal, “NG’ will display and alarm sound occure, the specimen is failed.
The tester is easy to use, all build-in components are world-class famous brand, the tester is stable and reliable.
